A Day of Reflection for Men & Women
Grief is a natural process given to help us heal. However, at times, feelings of discouragement, deep sadness, anger, and even hopelessness can overwhelm us. If this is where you find yourself, come spend a day away for rest and renewal. You will learn more about the psychology of grief and hear of practical suggestions - all with the focus of finding God amidst the struggles associated with grief. The day will include presentations, time for private reflection and prayer, optional sharing, Mass, and lunch.
Program Cost: $50.00 (includes Lunch)
