Our lives are filled with small, insistent worries and with large, existential terrors. Ignatian spirituality teaches that fear--while not a sin in itself--often provokes our sinful natures. Embraced by God's grace and hope, we will shine a light on our fears, and watch their power over us dissolve.
Jayme Stayer holds degrees in music, literature, and theology. Currently Associate Professor of English at Loyola University Chicago, he has written numerous articles and books on modernist literature. He is also the president of the International T. S. Eliot Society and an award-winning editor of Eliot's Complete Prose, Volume 5.
