Summary
Jesuit spirituality is centered on “finding God in all things.” What better represents “all things” than the universe itself? Indeed, Jesuits have figured prominently in the history of astronomy, engaging both the mind and the heart... the mathematical and scientific study of the phenomena, and also its history and philosophy, and its reflections in art, photography, and poetry.

Summary
It is very easy for us to "lose heart" or to become discouraged, and in his last encyclical letter Pope Francis talked about an increasingly "heartless world." By reflecting on key themes of St. Ignatius' "Spiritual Exercises," we will "take heart" as Jesus transforms our hearts to be more like his.

Summary
Experience the Spiritual Exercises by taking a deep dive into the life of Simon, named Peter, the rock, by Jesus. Just as he has two names, so he has two distinct sides to his personality. He is gentle, but bold; foolish, yet wise, and human. Together we’ll pray about what it means to belong to a Church that is larger than the sum of its members.

Summary
Christian hope is not wishful thinking, but rather confidence rooted in God’s promise. Through Scripture, the Spiritual Exercises, and prayerful silence, this retreat invites you to rediscover and strengthen the hope we have through Jesus. The hope that strengthens us through suffering, failure, and uncertainty. Drawing on St. Paul’s vision of hope in Romans and the Church’s understanding of hope as a theological virtue, we will explore how God trains the heart to desire what truly lasts. Come encounter the God who calls you forward and anchors your life in eternal glory.

Summary
This retreat invites you to walk through the sacred thresholds of Scripture: doors of encounter, freedom, suffering, and new life. Each “door” is a spiritual opening, a place where God meets us and draws us into deeper trust and love. Grounded in the Ignatian Examen, one of the key movements of the Spiritual Exercises, every session leads toward the door Christ still knocks on today: the human heart. Along the way, we cross Scripture’s most powerful entry points: the Threshold of Creation, the Ark, the Passover Doorposts, the Temple, the Manger, the Shepherd’s Gate, the Upper Room, the Tomb’s opening, and finally, the threshold into Christ’s own heart.

Summary
Although they lived in quite separate times and circumstances, Paul of Tarsus and Ignatius of Loyola share a common and dramatic experience of conversion to Christ. The experience shaped Paul’s theology as expressed in his various letters to the Christian and largely Gentile communities. And Ignatius’ Spiritual Exercises, as well, are shaped by his experience of Christ calling him to be his companion. In this retreat, we will explore some connections between a selection of Paul’s letters and Ignatius’ Exercises to show how they mutually enrich one another and invite us, in Paul’s words, “to put on Christ.”

Summary
Jesus calls all people, and each of us in particular, to join him in building his kingdom. Retreating gives each of us an opportunity to refresh our ears to what Jesus sounds like and to renew our hearts to respond to his call. We'll use elements of St. Ignatius' Spiritual Exercises to aid us in that refreshment and renewal.
